Shipping policy

We print and ship from China to addresses in the United States.

Order Processing

Every backdrop is made to order after payment is confirmed. Custom or personalized orders go into production once we have your complete details and you’ve approved your digital proof. If we need more information, we’ll contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Delivery Time

US orders are delivered in about 12 days from the date the order is placed. During peak season, delivery may be slower than about 12 days. Custom designs may take a little longer because production starts after you approve your proof, so please order early for parties and holidays. Delivery dates are estimates unless a specific guaranteed service is stated at checkout. Weather, carrier disruptions, customs, remote-area service, and incorrect addresses can cause delays outside our control.

Shipping Cost

Free US shipping on orders $30+. Orders under $30 ship for a flat $2.99.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email or phone number used at checkout. Tracking information may take time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order enters processing or ships. Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows an unusual delay, delivery but the package cannot be located, or visible shipping damage, contact heqt26@gmail.com with your order number. We will review the shipment and work with the carrier. Keep all packaging and provide photos when reporting damage.

Returns

Do not mail a return to any address without prior authorization. Approved return instructions are provided after the request is reviewed. Please see our Refund Policy for eligibility and return-shipping responsibility.
